Eric Mann, MD of Eye Associates of North Jersey

Eric Mann, M.D.

Dr. Eric Mann graduated magna cum laude from Duke University, where he was on the Dean’s list with honors and distinction all four years. He received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Yale University at Greenwich, Connecticut. Dr. Mann completed his Ophthalmology residency at New York Medical College where he was taught the most state-of-the-art surgical and medical treatments of the eye. He joined Eye Associates of North Jersey in July of 2005, where he currently owns the practice.

Dr. Mann is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Morris County Medical Society, and is on the medical staff at St. Barnabas Medical Center and Chilton Memorial Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, has been published in prestigious Ophthalmologic journals, including Cornea, and has given a multitude of lectures on eye diseases and their treatments. Dr. Mann also speaks and consults for numerous pharmaceutical companies as well as helps to develop new techniques in the latest of eye care.

As a father of two girls, Dr. Mann enjoys traveling and teaching them about new cultures with his wife Jennifer. Other hobbies include composing music, playing the piano and watching college basketball.

Stephanie B. Levey, MD of Eye Associates of North Jersey

Stephanie B. Levey, M.D.

Dr. Stephanie B. Levey, M.D. graduated Summa Cum Laude from Union College in Schenectady, NY where she completed her Six-Year Biomedical Education with a Bachelor in Science, Biology with a Minor in Classics. She earned her Doctor of Medicine and Surgery degree, as well as, completing her Internship in Internal Medicine at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. Her Residency in Ophthalmology was obtained from the Krieger Eye Institute at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore located in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Levey received her Fellowship of Cornea and External Disease from the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Levey is Board Certified with the American Board of Ophthalmology, a Diplomate ABM and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She has been in private practice since 1996. Dr. Levey has many publications and abstracts that can be found in the Survey of Ophthalmology, Archives of Ophthalmology, Annals of Ophthalmology, as well as, Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Science. Dr. Levey has also presented to the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Sinai Hospital and ARVO.

Asma Saud, MD of Eye Associates of North Jersey

Asma Saud, M.D.

Asma Saud graduated with honors in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University and obtained her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. She completed her intern year at Highland Hospital, Oakland and her ophthalmology residency at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, CA.


Training as an Emergency Medical Technician inspired her early medical interests and led to involvement in other forms of community service such as the Peru Health Outreach Program, which she co-led to facilitate visits from the Cleveland-based medical teams to the Lamay district of Peru. She presented and published research related to inherited retinal degenerations in the journal of investigative ophthalmology & visual science. She aims to bridge cultural gaps in medical care with the surrounding Muslim and Arab American communities.


Asma enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, especially outdoors hiking and camping.

Thomas Conroy, OD of Eye Associates of North Jersey

Thomas Conroy, O.D.

Dr. Thomas Conroy, O.D. is board certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the New Jersey State Board of Optometrists. He is a licensed oral therapeutic optometrist. For over 25 years, he has helped thousands of patients obtain the precise and correct fit for their contact lenses, while identifying and resolving any ophthalmic difficulties during the process. He is experienced with helping patients who have nearsightedness, farsightedness, presbyopia, and astigmatism. He has experience with fitting soft contact lenses, multifocal contact lenses, GP contact lenses and contact lenses for patients with keratoconus. Dr Conroy also performs comprehensive eye exams, including primary and medical exams. He also evaluates and treats Computer Vision Syndrome.

Dr. Conroy graduated from Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He then received his Doctor of Optometry Degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received clinical honors throughout his internships and externships during his doctorate studies, which included training in contact lenses and ocular pathology. He served an optometric internship at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where his duties included providing primary and emergency care and evaluated glaucoma and post-operative cataract patients. He is among the top 10% of optometry graduates nationwide to be honored as a member of the Gold Key Honor Society (1997), demonstrating outstanding professional and ethical attitudes through leadership and service to his class, college and profession.

Dr Conroy’s post-graduate experience included a Hospital- Based Optometric Residency at the Lyons Veterans Administration Medical Center of New Jersey in Lyons, New Jersey. He was an adjunct faculty member at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University from 2007 to 2022, where he served as a residency coordinator. Dr Conroy joined Eye Associates of North Jersey in April 2022.

Besides fitting contacts, Dr. Conroy enjoys socializing with family and friends, travel, theater and gardening.

A practicing vitreous-retinal surgeon, Dr. Jackson has specialized in medical and surgical disease for the past 11 years. He offers 17 years of professional experience and knowledge in ophthalmology, as well as his success in clinical trials with various drug companies. These trials have resulted in the launch of three new ophthalmology drugs and expanded indications for existing ophthalmology drugs.

Having led an impressive career in his field, Dr. Jackson excelled as a practicing vitreous-retinal surgeon in Corpus Christi, TX, from 2009 to 2011 and Greenville, NC, from 2012 to 2013. He joined the Retina Center of New Jersey in 2013 and opened his own practice, Jackson Eye Care, LLC, in 2021. Dedicated to serving the community, Dr. Jackson holds a hospital appointment at Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville, NJ. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. 

Among his academic achievements, Dr. Jackson received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2003. After completing a transitional internship at New York Hospital Medical Center in 2004, Dr. Jackson returned to Albert Einstein College of Medicine to pursue his residency training in Ophthalmology, which he completed in 2007. Dr. Jackson served as the Chief Resident at Jacobi Medical Center from 2006-2007. Then he completed his two-year Vitreous-Retinal Fellowship at South Texas Retina Consultants in Corpus Christi, TX, in 2009. Additionally, after graduating from high school, Dr. Jackson served in the U.S. Army as a medic for four years and an eye technician for two years. He received a U.S. Army Achievement Medal, Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and a National Defense Medal. 

Remaining abreast of the latest advancements in his field, Dr. Jackson maintains active memberships with the American Society Retina Specialists, the American Academy Ophthalmology, the New Jersey Academy Ophthalmology, and the American Medical Association. 

Dr. Jackson and his wife have three children. 

Anita Fox, PA-C of Eye Associates of North Jersey

Anita Fox, PA-C

DAnita Fox, PA-C received her diploma in 2005 and has been practicing clinical and cosmetic Dermatology for 16 years. She has hands on experience in a vast range of injectable services including fillers, neurotoxins, as well as several lasers, light therapy, PRP, chemical peels, and micro-needling.


Anita has atended numerous educational conferences and training courses with reputable plastic surgeons and cosmetic physicians including Merz Pharmaceuticals, Galderma, Inc., Allergan, and most recently, Revance Pharmaceuticals. She has training in Botox, Dysport, Resylane fillers, Juvederm fillers, Belotero, and the newest fillers on the market; RHA 2, 3, and 4.


Having a family with three children of her own, Anita understands how chaotic life can get and how important it is that we take care of ourselves. She also understands the importance of self-confidence and the impact it can have on everyday life. She is a true believer in the correlation between looking good and feeling good. Her passion for aesthetics and skill, paired with the warmth and enthusiasm of her disposition make her an outstanding provider to help you look and feel your best! 

Matthew Askinazy, LDO of Eye Associates of North Jersey

Matthew Askinazy is an Opthalmic Dispenser licensed by the State of NJ to provide all Optician services. An expert in frame selection, lens choice, troubleshooting issues, repairs and adjustments. His vast optical knowledge rounds out Eye Assoc of NJ as a true one stop spot for all of your eye care needs. Matthew is certified by the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners Assoc. 

Matt’s passions besides eyewear include running, scuba diving, martial arts and pretty much anything outdoors.
